First, off it makes a lot of sense that I would want to play the Ravens (my team) Defense this week considering they’re #1 defense in the NFC. Also, week 1-4 their defense was playing like 2003-4 D. Contrary to my hopes the Ravens came up with a meer 3-31 loss against Manning & the Colts. That also makes sense because I have Manning & I didn’t play him because I wanted the Ravens to do something. Lesson: do not play favorites. I hate Manning but I should have figured that when I want him to loose & Ravens win the opposite would occur. 2nd lesson learned: do the opposite of my instincts (see clip for reference, only difference is that I have a little more hair). This is how I will be running my life from now on. Anything I think I should do I won’t & vice-versa. So, even though I think I should finish this blog entry I’m…..

Mondays

Weekend (that I wish was still going on) Update:
Friday: Post work I go to a pre-tailgate BBQ at USC with my friend Marcus. It was his fraternity’s event/ free. I was OK I was the only white dude, but doesn’t matter, got a little Jäger in my system and I was good to go. We were there for a while since one of Marcus’s friends (Matt) who’s leaving for Brooklyn wanted to talk to some friends before he left. We were there until around 4am & at around 3 we’re all standing around a picnic table & grill & these 4 trucks pull up & start unloading all this tailgating paraphernalia (flags: on flag poles, 5 canopies, grills, tables, etc). I’m thinking this is not too unusual college kids getting hyped up for the USC vs Ohio game (btw good game Ohio (sarcasm)) but the people setting all this stuff up are like a regular family with like middles schoolers, parents, relatives, grandparents. WTH I dunno who they were but if I were those kids, there’s no way I would be waking up that early to put flags up for any event. So thats mainly friday

Saturday: Mainly just, packed/moved stuff to the new place (must be out by 09/25) were trying to move all the little stuff & hopefully get rid of most off the big stuff so we don’t have to move it. Anyone interested in some junk come get it.

Sunday: Pretty decent day. Start off going up to West Hills to do some recycling, I actually made more than $10 this time, & a lot of the money was profit since I’ve been saving water bottles from work. We made $20 from saving about 6 months of cans & bottles w00t! Although, it was immediately spent at the Walmart on random crap for the new place. We return back to Santa Monica to go to the The LA BBQ-fest. It was pretty good, first we had ribs from one of the vendors from St. Louis because there was basically no line for it. We then got free VIP passes (which allows you to go past the lines to get food faster) thanks to Trina & her Gaslite connections so we decided to go to the longest lined vendor from Kansas City. I waited in line for 2hrs even with the VIP passes to get rib tips that I feel were sub-par compared to the ribs we had earlier, cool. After all this we returned to Trina/Steph’s place to play some Celebrity which was pretty fun.
